2. Nature of the Service

VSM CAPITAL SGPS, S.A. provides consultancy services on residency by investment in Portugal — specifically, independent guidance and information relating to the Autorização de Residência para Investimento (ARI), the Portuguese residency-by-investment programme commonly known as the Golden Visa.

Our service consists of:

• Providing information and educational content about the ARI programme and about Portugal as a destination
• Assessing high-level eligibility and helping clients understand which ARI route may apply to their situation
• Explaining how qualifying investments (such as investment in CMVM-registered funds) work within the ARI framework, without acting as an investment advisor or fund distributor
• Facilitating, with the client’s consent, introductions to regulated fund managers, licensed immigration lawyers, and qualified tax advisors

VSM CAPITAL SGPS, S.A. is not authorised or regulated as an investment firm, asset manager, fund manager, immigration lawyer, or tax advisor.
